The foundation of the CKX platform is the customer marketing and sales intelligence library. This central repository of corporate information is designed to house specific information and content that is relevant to your company, your products, your market, your competitors and your collateral. Unique to the CKX solution, sales teams are empowered to collaborate with each other, and with sales and marketing management by rating and providing feedback on all content. When rating content, CKX even provides the user with the ability to give feedback on how they used the information or content that they just rated. CKX allows users to tag content for faster access and will even search other repositories like SharePoint to provide structure and order to finding documents.
The Customer Library Module contains the following sections:
Marketing Section:
This allows you to host your marketing content, like product sheets, PowerPoint presentations, case studies, etc.
Glossary:
We created this section so you can have a special section for terms that are specific to your product and industry.
Competitive Analysis:
This provides a format and template for capturing and presenting granular competitive information.
Product Alignment:
This section provides specific guidelines in which sales people will be able to more effectively align themselves with each product, its best potential prospect, its value proposition, its strengths and top competitors, etc.
Corporate IX (Information Exchange and FAQ)
This section was designed to allow all people within the organization an opportunity to make a contribution and share their insights, experiences and comments with the rest of the team. These contributors could be from other departments like Technical Support, Product Development, etc., that may have some relevant information that would be useful to the rest of the team. This section also allows for users to submit or search for Frequently Asked Questions that they want and need the answers to.
Blank Section:
This section is a free form section that can be customized to be whatever you want it to be for your team.
Access to SharePoint:
This isn’t a separate section; however it is an additional function that is provided so that if you have Sharepoint access and you want to locate documents that are within it, CKX will allow you to search there for those documents and once found will allow each user to tag them, rate them and comment on them so they can be located faster and will provide feedback on the quality of the document from the users perspective.
