The Customer Insight Module contains the following sections:
Win/Loss Analysis:
Organizations that don’t take the time to analyze their successes and losses have no way of capitalizing on them or understanding why they attained the outcome that they did. . Often times we don’t really know the real reason why we won an opportunity so that we can capitalize on it, in the same light we may not truly know why we lost an opportunity so we can avoid doing the same thing over and over again. The majority of opportunities wind up in that no man’s land called No Decision, which can be the death of a salesman who keeps it on his forecast but never closes. They need to know why this happens so they can move on and avoid falling into the same trap again.
Our Customer Insight module is designed to ask the tough questions so that sales, marketing and management can cut through the sales babble and hyperbole and get unbiased feedback and insight as to the real cause of the outcome. It will also allow management to understand why they are winning some deals against certain competitors in one area but losing against them in another area.
