The CIS platform provides detailed analytics to assist sales management in understanding the relationship between performance and the accessibility to sales knowledge. The platform can track the top and bottom users, last login, number of times sales people have accessed the content, most popular content, highest rated content, along with the questions and suggestions submitted. This provides both quantitative and qualitative feedback on the sales support information provided to sales organizations.
